Since this is my first experience with a therapist I have nothing to compare it to, but the cognitive and behavioral therapy helped greatly. Thank you so much for everything you have done, you have really helped me to start seeing myself and my capabilities more clearly than ever before. I enjoyed your approach with the exposure therapy, the exercises really pushed me out of my comfort zone without feeling overwhelming. Thank you also for always providing a judgment free atmosphere that allowed me to always be honest.

I like that we set goals, not so much to check things off as to just have a benchmark of how things have changed or what we still needed to work on. Your approach is very even-keeled, yet friendly. I appreciated how you gave me strategies to think about the situations and encouraged self-forgiveness.

She seems to really ‘get’ my daughter’s issues and has really helped her to see them objectively and work to make huge progress addressing them. I love how flexible she is, willing to work on whichever issue is the most problematic at that time. About the only way I could imagine improving would be if she could wave a magic wand. ☺ We really are so happy with the treatment & approach. I can see a huge difference in my daughter.

The whole process and experience has been helpful. Dr. Fine has consistently addressed my son’s needs in a very productive and insightful manner facilitating his growth tremendously.
