Since this is my first experience with a therapist I have nothing to compare it to, but the cognitive and behavioral therapy helped greatly. Currently the patience and review of thinking and thought processes has helped me analyze and break down my negative habits. The environments is comfortable and I feel calm.

Thank you so much for everything you have done, you have really helped me to start seeing myself and my capabilities more clearly than ever before. I enjoyed your approach with the exposure therapy, the exercises really pushed me out of my comfort zone without feeling overwhelming. I like that we set goals, not so much to check things off as to just have a benchmark of how things have changed or what we still needed to work on. Your approach is very even-keeled, yet friendly.
